Common questions

No. Message us and we'll see you as soon as we can — often the same day. Appointments help for check-up packages and cardiology, but walk-ins and urgent visits are always welcome.

Yes. Every doctor speaks English, and across our team we also help patients in Thai, French, Italian and Russian.

Our main clinic is at Bangrak Beach in Bophut, with branches at Chaweng and on Rajabhat University Road. For home and hotel visits, we come to you anywhere on Koh Samui.

Cash (THB), all major cards, Thai QR, bank transfer, Wise and Apple Pay. The consultation is included in the price we quote — no hidden fees.

Yes. We work with most international and travel insurers and can bill directly where your policy allows. Bring your policy details and we'll help with the paperwork and the claim.
