Before your visit
How to prepare
A little preparation keeps your results accurate. For most packages:
- Fast for 8–10 hours before your blood test — an overnight fast is easiest. For a 9:00 am draw, stop eating and drinking from about 11:00 pm.
- Small sips of plain water are fine. Avoid juice, tea and coffee.
- No alcohol for at least 24 hours before the test, and avoid smoking beforehand.
- Keep taking regular medication for conditions like high blood pressure as your doctor advises, and bring any previous reports with you.

Health check-up FAQs
For most packages, yes — fast for 8–10 hours beforehand so your glucose and cholesterol readings are accurate. Small sips of water are fine, but skip juice, tea, coffee and alcohol. If a package doesn't need fasting, we'll tell you when you book.
Most results are ready the same day, and a doctor sits down with you to explain them. A few specialised tests take a little longer; we'll let you know and can share the results by message.
If you're not sure, just message us. Tell us your age and anything you'd like to check, and a doctor will recommend the right screen — from a simple annual check to a full hormone or menopause panel.
Yes. Every package price includes the doctor consultation to review your results and answer your questions — there are no hidden fees.
Yes. Our home and hotel visit team can take your blood sample wherever you're staying on Koh Samui, then a doctor reviews the results with you. Just ask when you book.
Usually yes. Keep taking regular medication for conditions such as high blood pressure as your doctor has prescribed. If you're unsure about a specific medicine, message us before your visit.
