Whether you've been scratched by a stray, you're heading off on a trip, or you just want to stay up to date, we keep a broad range of vaccines in stock and can advise on the right schedule for you. A doctor checks you're fit for the jab, and we log everything so you have a clear record for onward travel.

Rabies is a real risk on Koh Samui after a bite or scratch from a dog, cat or monkey. Post-exposure treatment works best when it starts quickly. We run the full course — days 0, 7, 14, 21 and 28 — and can also give pre-exposure shots before you travel. Come in as soon as you can, or message us and we'll guide you.

Don't want to come in? For flu and selected vaccines, our team can come to your hotel, villa or home anywhere on Koh Samui — handy for families, older travellers and anyone who'd rather not sit in a waiting room.

For adults over 65 we offer Efluelda, a high-dose quadrivalent flu vaccine designed to give stronger protection than the standard shot. It's ฿1,700 per dose.
Most vaccines you can walk in for, but a couple are pre-order and some flu stock is seasonal — so a quick WhatsApp message first means we can confirm it's ready for you.
Common travel vaccines including rabies, Hepatitis A + B (Twinrix), typhoid, Japanese encephalitis, meningococcal ACYW (Menquadfi) and dengue. Tell us where you're going and we'll suggest what's worth having.
