When to test after a possible exposure
Different infections become detectable at different times. If you test too early you can miss something — here's a rough guide, and we'll advise you on the day.

PrEP & PEP — HIV prevention
PrEP (pre-exposure prophylaxis) is a daily or on-demand tablet that dramatically lowers your risk of getting HIV. PEP (post-exposure prophylaxis) is emergency medication that can prevent HIV if you start it within 72 hours of a possible exposure — the sooner the better. If you think you need PEP, contact us straight away, day or night.

Yes. You can request anonymous testing — we'll run your samples without attaching your name to the record. Results are given only to you.
A 4th-generation HIV test takes around 20 minutes. Our urine DNA panel for gonorrhea, chlamydia and ureaplasma is ready in about 35 minutes. Some lab tests take a little longer — your doctor will tell you exactly when to expect them.
