The three we're asked for most
Driving licence
Whether it's your first Thai licence, a renewal, or the medical for an international driving permit, we do the required check — colour vision, basic mobility and a doctor's assessment — and issue the certificate the same visit.
Work permit
Thai work permits need a medical certificate confirming you're free of the conditions listed in the regulations. We complete the standard form and sign it on the spot.
PADI diving medical
Dive schools ask for a fitness-to-dive certificate when your medical questionnaire flags anything. A doctor reviews the PADI / RSTC diving medical form, examines you and signs you off to dive — before your course starts.
One thing to know
Retirement (O-Visa) medical certificates must legally be issued by a hospital, not a clinic — so that one is outside what we can provide. For everything else on the list above, we've got you.
What to bring
- Your passport (or Thai ID card)
- For a diving medical: the PADI / RSTC form if your dive school gave you one
- Any relevant medical history or current medications
