Most patients never leave their room. Tell us where you are on WhatsApp and a doctor is dispatched to your hotel, villa or resort — usually the same day, and we confirm an arrival window before the doctor sets off.

Locations & visits — your questions
Yes. Home and hotel visits are our main service. Message us on WhatsApp with your location and symptoms and a doctor comes to you — usually the same day, across Bang Rak, Bophut, Chaweng, Lamai, Maenam and Choeng Mon.
Our Chaweng branch is right on Chaweng Beach Road, next to Al's Resort and close to Central Festival. All three clinics share the same doctors and prices, so if Chaweng is busy you're just as welcome at Bangrak (our main clinic) or Rajabhat on Bon Kai Road — or message us and we'll point you to the nearest one.
No, you can walk in during opening hours. But a quick WhatsApp message first means we're ready for you and can confirm the doctor you need is in.
Yes — Monday to Friday 09:00–19:00 and Saturday to Sunday 09:00–17:00, with a lunch break 12:00–13:30 daily. For anything outside those hours, message us and we'll arrange a home visit where we can.
All three clinics have roadside or nearby parking. Message us if you'd like directions to the closest spot — and for a home visit, parking isn't your problem at all.
Our pharmacy is near the Fisherman's Village junction in Bophut, open daily 09:00–22:00. You can collect in person or order on WhatsApp for delivery across Samui and by speedboat or air to nearby islands and mainland cities.
