2. We confirm
We reply with the price, the doctor and a confirmed time — usually within minutes during opening hours.
3. We come to you
For a home visit, a doctor is dispatched to your hotel or villa, usually the same day. Or walk into any of our three clinics.

Not always — you can walk into any clinic during opening hours. But messaging first means we confirm the time, the price and the right doctor, and for home visits it lets us set off sooner.
Usually the same day across Bang Rak, Bophut, Chaweng, Lamai, Maenam and Choeng Mon. Message us your exact location and we'll give you a time before we set off.
Cash in Thai baht, all major cards (Visa, Mastercard, JCB, UnionPay), Thai QR, bank transfer, Wise and Apple Pay. We confirm the price on WhatsApp before you commit — no hidden fees.
Yes — just tell us the patient's details and location when you message. This is common for family members, friends and hotel guests.
No problem. Just reply on the same WhatsApp chat and we'll reschedule or cancel — there's no penalty for changing your plans.
