How it started
Built on a simple idea: everyone deserves good care
In 2017, Dr. Wanasanan Phetkua (Dr. Bew) opened Samui Home Clinic in Bangrak with one clear goal — high-quality medical care at a fair price for everyone living on or visiting Koh Samui, whatever their nationality. She trained at Thammasat University, an institution founded on being "the people's doctor", and that idea still shapes how the clinic works today.
What began as a single clinic in Bangrak has grown to three branches — Bangrak, Chaweng and Rajabhat — alongside Samui Home Pharmacy at Fisherman's Village. As medical director, Dr. Bew personally selects every doctor, nurse and pharmacist who joins the team, so patients always get professional, evidence-based care delivered with kindness and clear communication in both Thai and English.
Today that team includes two board-certified cardiologists and a group of experienced general practitioners, plus senior nurses and IV specialists — all working across the clinic, at your home or hotel, and by telemedicine.

Samui Home Clinic was founded in 2017 by Dr. Wanasanan Phetkua (Dr. Bew) in Bangrak, and has since grown to three branches plus Samui Home Pharmacy.

Yes. We're a foreigner-friendly clinic and treat residents, expats and visitors every day, with English-speaking doctors and help with international insurance claims.
You're welcome to walk in during opening hours, but the fastest way to be seen — at the clinic or at your hotel — is to message us first on WhatsApp so we can have the right doctor ready.
