Whether you are here for two weeks or two years, one worry comes up again and again: where do I find a doctor who actually speaks my language? A language gap in a medical consultation is not a small thing — it is how symptoms get missed and the wrong medication gets prescribed. Why the language matters more than you think

A good consultation depends on precise back-and-forth: you describing exactly what is wrong, and the doctor explaining exactly what is happening and what to do about it. When that has to pass through a rough translation, details fall out. What a GP here can actually handle

A common misconception is that anything beyond a cold means a trip to a big hospital. In reality most of what brings people in is straightforward for a clinic GP:

How insurance works

We work regularly with most travel and international health insurers, including Air Doctor, Collinson, Best Service Group, Post Office Insurance, Dr Walter and Balt Assistance. Direct billing is available with some of them — message us before your appointment to check. For everyone else we provide the full paperwork (itemised receipt, doctor’s report and diagnosis) so you can claim back easily, even after you fly home.

Opening hours

The clinic is open Monday to Friday 09:00–19:00 and Saturday to Sunday 09:00–17:00, closed for lunch 12:00–13:30. Yes — that includes Sundays, when many clinics are shut.
